What kind of food do you serve?
We serve tasty food guided by the seasons, and inspired by the mentors, farmers, and artisans who have shaped us along the way.
How long does the meal last?
The meal will last 2-2.5 hours.
What is your covid protocol?
All staff is required to be vaccinated, and all guests are seated at their own tables only with their reservation party.
What happens if I am late?
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10-15 mins early to ensure the best possible experience.

Can you accommodate menu changes?
Currently we cannot accommodate modifications to our menus. We kindly ask that you read through our menus carefully to ensure your best possible experience.
What does ggoma mean?
ggoma means "little one" in korean.
When are your dinners?
We host our dinners monthly, but dates and locations change each month. Currently we offer only one seating at 6:45 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10-15 mins early to ensure the meal begins on time.
What is the beverage menu?
Our beverage pairings are a mix of wine, spirits, and n/a drinks, curated by a local partner. Like the food, the beverage menu changes each month. We do our best to highlight local makers who inspire us through their products and stories.
Whats up with the dog?
Our logo is inspired by our dog, Franklin Lionel Ocean. He's a sweet boy.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Your payment is non refundable, but you can transfer the reservation to whomever you like.
Why do I want to eat here?
We are nice people who love food, and want to cook you a delicious meal.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations, menu, and location are released at least 3 weeks prior to the supper on our Tock Page. Reservations are sold as prepaid tickets, so there is no payment at the end of your meal. We want your experience to be simple and carefree.
What is the menu price/format?
Currently we offer a 6 course family style tasting menu with beverage pairings for $147. We add a 20% service fee to each reservation to ensure our staff members are responsibly compensated. No additional gratuity is expected.
Is there a dress code?
Please dress as you feel comfortable.

Right now ggoma is a ‘little one’ in every sense - we are just a tiny pop-up. However, we are searching for a permanent home and hope to open in soon!
